We believe in maintaining open and regular communication with parents. We provide a weekly newsletter on your child’s activities. We schedule parent-teacher conferences to discuss your child’s progress and development goals and address any concerns. Additionally, we use digital platforms or communication tools to share photos, announcements, and important information.

We take allergies and dietary restrictions seriously. We request detailed information from parents about their child’s allergies or dietary needs during the enrollment process. Our staff are trained to recognize and respond to allergic reactions, and we have clear protocols in place to ensure the safety of children with specific dietary requirements. We work closely with parents to accommodate their child’s needs and provide appropriate meals and snacks.

We offer a range of extracurricular activities and enrichment programs to enhance your child’s learning experience. We understand that transition and separation anxiety can be challenging for both children and parents. Our experienced staff members provide a supportive and comforting environment to ease the transition. We encourage parents to participate in a gradual introduction process, where they can spend time with their child in the center and gradually increase separation. Our teachers offer reassurance, engage children in fun activities, and maintain open communication to help them feel safe and secure.

We have well-defined emergency procedures in place to handle various situations, including accidents, injuries, or illness. Our staff members are trained in first aid and CPR, and we have direct access to medical professionals for immediate consultation or assistance. We maintain detailed medical records for each child and request updated information from parents regularly.

To maintain the health and well-being of all children, we have a policy that prohibits sick children from attending the center. We request that parents keep their children at home if they have symptoms of illness, including fever, vomiting, diarrhea, contagious infections, or other symptoms that could potentially spread to other children. This policy is in place to create a safe and healthy environment for all children in our care.
If your child becomes ill while at the center, we will notify you immediately and request that you arrange for their prompt pickup. We understand that it can be challenging for parents when their child is sick, but it’s crucial to prioritize the well-being of all children and prevent the spread of illness to others. Your child will be restricted from attending for at least 24 hours, maybe more, depending on the illness.
